Return window

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Change-of-mind returns must be unopened and in their original packaging with all contents.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work as described or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

How to start a return

Email Oakone01@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We cover it for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we refund the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
